Attachment Not Showing on Approval Fluid Tile for Supplier Registration (Doc ID 2722937.1)

When Approver navigates to Approval Tile for Approving Supplier Registration from Internal/External Portal,  Approver can not see attachments uploaded at the time of Registration for Profile questions.
Only Text displayed which says attachment Exist.

Setup and Replication Steps
1. Setup one profile question with attachment at Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Procurement Options > Suppliers > Profile       Questions
2. Workflow Approval Enabled = Y at Set up Financials-> Product Related->Procurement Options --> Suppliers --> Request System Set up level.
3. Login as VP1 in supplier portal and Register a new supplier and make sure to add an attachment for profile question and submit for approval
4. Login as VP2 and check supplier for approval,no profile question attachment.
