ELM 9.2: When Using Auto Enrollment Program Option and Auto Register Set on Class and Administrator Enrolls a Learner into a Class, the Learner is Enrolled into the Class But Not Registered in the Related Program (Doc ID 2723615.1)

Symptoms

When using Auto Enrollment Program Option and Auto Register set on Class and Administrator enrolls a Learner into a Class, the Learner enrolled into the Class but not Registered in the related Program and no message
that no auto registration into Program.


Steps to Replicate Issue:

1. Log in as an Administrator
2. Navigate to Main Menu ->Set up ELM -> Install Defaults -> Programs and in the Program Auto-Enrollment Option field choose: All Program Types
3. Navigate to Set up ELM > Learning Environment >{search/select} Learning Environment , update Program Auto-Enrollment Option field choose: All Program Types
4. Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Classes, {search/select} Class and on the General Tab, check checkbox Enable Program Auto Enrollment.
5. Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Programs , {search/select} Program and on the General Tab, check checkbox Auto-Register based on Enrollment.
  Also, from Security review the Learning Environment and Learner Group
6. Learner that is enrolled should be part of the Learner Group and the Primary Learning Environment defined in on Security tab for the Program.

7. Navigate to Enterprise Learning> Learner Tasks> Enroll Learners and enroll Learner into the Class with Enable Program Auto Enrollment checked.
  Notice Learner enrolled into the Class but not registered for the associated Program.
