Currently in PeopleTools 8.57 and earlier, there is no delivered way to configure web servers to capture client IP addresses behind a Load Balancer. Customers would like PeopleSoft to provide a delivered option to configure web servers to capture Client IP addresses behind a Load Balancer. The configuration should be simple and must not involve changes to JAR Files or a development/scripting Effort.
