Symptoms

Issue: Cannot deny a Travel Authorization encounter a peoplecode error.

Replications Steps:

Via Enterprise Components>Approvals>Approvals>Approval Process Setup select TAApproval set the Path "Source" to "Static" for the Stage/Path for an Approver type. 

1) Create a travel authorization and submit

2) Log into FLUID as Approver and select a Travel Authorization for approval
3) Drill down on the travel authorization and select the Deny option

One cannot deny travel authorization due to the error.
