Symptoms

After upgrading to PUM 34 onwards, the loading of Award Profile page takes several minutes and then times out. User cannot access this page. Commitment control is enabled for project costing.


REPLICATION STEPS

1. Goto Grants - Awards - Award profile and choose the award profile to open. It keeps processing and times out.
