Symptoms

When attempting to Global payroll, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
  %1--> ARVL-ROW
  %2--> GPCUARVL
  %3--> 14000
  EMPLID-->


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Global payroll
2. Received array overflow error.
