Symptoms
The customer is receiving the following error when attempting to view T4 Slips or access current Consent Status.
"An invalid parameter has been passed to the file attachment function.
PY_SS_YET4_WRK.FUNCLIB.FieldFormula Name:GetFormValue PCPC:439 Statement:12
Called from: PY_SS_YET4_WRK.PY_YE_REPORT_URL.FieldChange Statement:20
An invalid parameter has been passed to one of the following functions: AddAttachment(), ViewAttachment(), or DeleteAttachment()."
This occurs when navigating to Fluid Employee Self Service, Payroll Tile and T4/T4A tile, then clicking on the View Slips button
