In table PS_RC_CASE_ATTACH the LONG_URL field contains the URL to view an attachment that is linked to the CASE.

e.g the LONG_URL for an attachment looks something like:

Since the complete URL is stored in the table, how do we update the file reference URL if the file server location change?
