Grid Not Displaying All Rows For The Eperformance Evaluation (Doc ID 2724866.1)

When using IE Browser with Tangerine Classic certain information is not displayed correctly from the Steps and Task Section of the PerformanceDocument

 The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Using IE Log Into PeopleSoft as an Administrator
2. Goto Team Tile > Select an Employee > Select Actions Drop Down
3. Select Performance Document 
4. At Define Criteria of the Document, enter information save and approve, note when that is completed the screen returns View, Reopen as links for a user to use, the display of this section is not correct.
5. Under Complete Manager Evaluation Step, Complete is missing from that section.
