E-508: Slider Controls Don't Contain Yes/No Values When Screen Reader Mode is Enabled (Doc ID 2725406.1)

Symptoms

Slider controls are not showing the value of the slider (Yes/No) when screen reader mode is enabled. When navigating without screen reader mode enabled the values are displayed within the slider.

Steps to replicate:
1. Login with the "Enable Screen Reader Mode" checkbox selected
2. Navigate to the form with the slide controls (for example My Preferences)
3. Notice that there are no words inside the slider to indicate whether the value is Yes or No.
