Getting error "S360_SUP_LICENSEFL.GBL.PostBuild PCPC:1455 Statement:17"  after select 'Supplier License' Metrics at Supplier 360 page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Security Options. Select ‘Permission List Level Security’
2. Run Apply Security Setups
3. Add all Business Unit at Business Unit Security by Permission List for ‘ALLPAGES’. Save it.
4. Go to Homepage. Select Supplier 360 tile
5. Select a Supplier and go to Analyze
6. Go to Choose Metrics
7. Select Supplier License. Done
8. Getting the error:
"A fatal PeopleCode SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details."
