E-CLOUD: Cloud Manager Linux or Windows Image Exclamation Point Icon In Infrastructure Settings (Doc ID 2725847.1)

Symptoms

Cloud Manager Linux or Windows Image on Infrastructure Settings does not get populated properly, a red exclamation point icon appears next to it.

However, other images can be retrieved correctly.

The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Server user associated to the Cloud Manager is a member of the administrator group and the Refresh OCI Metadata process has been run.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Cloud Manager Settings > Infrastructure Settings
2. Select an Image for Linux or Windows and choose a version from the pull down menu.
