Symptoms
From Manager Self Service Dashboard, Performance Documents, Current Documents for Employee and Click the Add Nominee, tabbing order experienced is out of sequence.
Steps to Replicate Issue:
1. Log in as a Manager with Screen Reader checked using an Accessibility Tool
2. Navigate to Manager Self Service Dashboard > Performance Management > Performance Documents > Current Documents
3. Click on a current document/employee name
4. Click the Add Nominee
