Symptoms
When adding an RTI Adjustment for the Tax Begin Year 2019, a PeopleCode error is triggered in the search page and therefore the adjustment for the employees can't be added.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Taxes > RTI Adjustment Details GBR
2. Try to add an RTI adjustment and the above error is triggered
