Fluid Class Search Spinning Search Icon Does Not Last Throughout The Search (Doc ID 2727222.1)

Symptoms

The Class Search Spinner icon/graphic disappears after animating for only a short time on the Fluid Class Search and Enroll page, despite the system still working in the background.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Student Homepage > Manage Classes > Class Search and Enroll
2. Search on any value that will return results. For ease of testing, enter a value that will return many results (e.g. 'a')
3. Observe the busy spinner graphic.
