E-AD: Strings Are Only Detected/Formatted as Strings Only When the Double Quotes Are Closed

Symptoms
In Application Designer, strings are only detected as strings only after closing the double quotes.
In previous versions, the strings were detected as strings from the beginning i.e. right after opening the double quotes.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Application Designer
2. Open a PeopleCode event
3. Declare a string variable and open the double quotes for the string value
4. Observe when typing that the string is not detected (colored in red)
