Customer Contracts > Adjust Revenue and Billing > Review and Manage Limits. The Searching of Excess Limit Details is causing time out
- Navigate to Customer Contracts > Adjust Revenue and Billing > Review and Manage Limits.
- Search for a contract that has exceeded limits.
- Click on Excess Tab.
- Click on the hyperlink for the amount in the Excess Amount column.
- This brings the Limit Details page.
- Enter the Date type and date range and click on Search.
- The page times out.
