ECA: Review And Manage Limits Detail Screen Times Out When Performing Search For Excess Transactions (Doc ID 2727970.1)

Symptoms

Customer Contracts > Adjust Revenue and Billing > Review and Manage Limits. The Searching of Excess Limit Details is causing time out

Replication Steps:

  1. Navigate to Customer Contracts > Adjust Revenue and Billing > Review and Manage Limits.
  2. Search for a contract that has exceeded limits.
  3. Click on Excess Tab.
  4. Click on the hyperlink for the amount in the Excess Amount column.
  5. This brings the Limit Details page.
  6. Enter the Date type and date range and click on Search.
  7. The page times out.
