EODL_BATCH Process Not Updating The Roles For Proxy

Symptoms
EODL_BATCH Process is running to success but the roles for proxies are not getting updated.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login as a Delegator and goto Delegate Tile and Create a Delegation Request for a future dated Transaction
2. Login as a Proxy and accept it.
3. Run the EODL_BATCH Process
4. Process Runs to success
5. Roles are not assigned to Proxy.
