E-MSS- PeopleTools 8.58.07 Omitting the MSSCONCATCOL Column in the PSBUILD Create Script (Doc ID 2728018.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 13, 2020

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise PT PeopleTools - Version 8.58 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

In the process of upgrading Peoplesoft applications to PeopleTools (PT) 8.58 in the SQL Server 2016 platform.

In the previous pass of the upgrade using PT 8.58.05, the PSBUILD process for building the create and alter script generated the following warning message

But when doing the upgrade using PT 8.58.07 these warning messages don't appear anymore.

When comparing the "CP_crttbl.sql" script from the 'PSBUILD' process between the PT8.58.05 and PT8.58.07 passes, there were tables that have a column such as: "MSSCONCATCOL AS ......" in the PT8.58.05 pass, but not in the PT 8.58.07 pass. Why not get that warning message anymore and why is the generated Create Table Script omitting the MSSCONCATCOL column on these records?.
