Symptoms

Confirmation Statements Email not getting generated correctly based on event configuration.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to Setup HCM => Common Definitions => Text Catalog => Maintain Text Catalog.
  2. Add a new row for HBA- EMAIL_BODY_BOTH specific for Open Enrollment.
  3. Run Generate Statements batch process.
  4. The process is sending generic email regardless of Text Catalog configuration.
