Symptoms
When trying to set up the the Count Down clock feature for the Open Enrollment Tile, the display is showing only the Open Enrollment window's end date.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as an employee.
2. Navigate to employee self service home page to see the Open Enrollment Tile.
