Symptoms

When attempting to login with LDAP credentials, the following error occurs.
Note: The configuration page is set to only work with the secure Port 636 and Test Connectivity shows SUCCESS.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with LDAP credentials.
2. Error is shown: Your User ID and/or Password are invalid.
