E-AS: Trace PeopleCode Value 2 - List Evaluator Program Causing User Kick-out and PSAPPSRV Process Crash (Doc ID 2728384.1)

Symptoms

The customer logs into the PeopleSoft application and navigates to Trace PeopleCode. Once there, they select the checkbox next to "List Evaluator Program (2)" and click "Save". They then click the Home icon in the upper-right of the page. They see a spinning wheel for several seconds and the user is kicked out of the application.

This also results in the crash of the application server PSAPPSRV process that was servicing the request. The resulting process_state.txt file for the failing PSAPPSRV process will show a call stack like the following:
