https://www.labor.ny.gov/workerprotection/laborstandards/workprot/minwage.shtm
LI and Westchester: 2020– $14.00
Upstate: 2020-$12.50

Will there be new effective-dated rows to the DE2 and DE3 rules with the new exemption amounts based on minimum wage increases effective 12/31/20

These garnishment rules calculate garnishments for employees that includes an exemption equal to 90% of the employees’ weekly disposable earnings equal to either 30 times the Federal minimum wage OR 30 times the NYS minimum wage.PeopleSoft stores an amount that is 30 times the minimum wage applicable. The rows we have are after applying 20-D are dated 12/31/19, with the old amounts. Will these be included in 20-E?
