ELM 9.2: JPM_CAT_FULLSYNC Message Receives Status Timeout in Service Operations Monitor (Doc ID 2728900.1)

Integrated with HCM 9.2 and ELM 9.2, JPM_CAT_FULLSYNC messages times out with status Timeout in Service Operations Monitor

Steps to Replicate Issue:

1. Setup integration for Service Operation JPM_CAT_FULLSYNC.INTERNAL into JPM_CAT_FULLSYNC.VERSION_3 from HCM environment to JPM_CAT_FULLSYNC.VERSION_ 3
  into JPM_CAT_FULLSYNC.VERSION_ 3 in ELM environment.   
2. In HCM, run Process Full Data Publish to publish Service Operation JPM_CAT_FULLSYNC
3. Message JPM_CAT_FULLSYNC generated in HCM and go to the status Done.
4. In ELM, message JPM_CAT_FULLSYNC goes to the status TimeOut
