Symptoms

Shift Provisioning

When attempting to create PeopleSoft Environment using Cloud Manager Lift & Shift,
the following error occurs in the:

/opt/oracle/psft/home/psadm2/psft/data/cloud/cmlogs/envs/<env name>/SHIFT_DEPLOY_instance_1_<date time>/psft_activity_dbtier_install_3_<date time>/remote_out.log

file on the Cloud Manager instance:

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-19870: error while restoring backup piece c-1905245544-20201104-00
ORA-19504: failed to create file "+RECO"
ORA-17502: ksfdcre:4 Failed to create file +RECO
ORA-15001: diskgroup "RECO" does not exist or is not mounted
ORA-15204: database version 11.2.0.0.0 is incompatible with diskgroup RECO
