All ChatBots Assistants are failing with the following error when the user is trying to ask a question:

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Navigate to Employee Self Service Homepage, choose the tile of the ChatBot Assistant configured
2. After typing Hi, the above error is triggered in PeopleSoft.
