On the Fluid Life Plan Page, the Update Beneficiary Designation Button Displays even if No Current Designation Exists (Doc ID 2729485.1)

Symptoms

For an employee with no dependents/beneficiaries, the Life Plan page accessed from the Fluid Benefits Summary shows both an "Add Beneficiary" button and an "Update Beneficiary Designation" button. If the employee clicks the "Update Beneficiary Designation" button and enters 100 in the New Primary Percentage field of the blank row, the system saves the record to the LIFE_ADD_BENEFC table with the DEPENDENT_BENEF field set to blank.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Employee navigates to Employee Self Service homepage > Benefit Details tile > Benefits Summary tile > Life card.
     2. Click the Update Beneficiary Designation button.
     3. Enter 100 in the New Primary Percentage field of the blank row and save.
