Symptoms
The User/Operator Security Replacement Page (Setup SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > Setup > User Security Replacement ) does not have a prompt field for Notification Consumer Security (from the Setup SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Notification Consumer Security).
