EAP WTHD20: 1099 NEC Form Does Not Display the Recipient Name In a Standard Window Envelope

Symptoms
The 1099 NEC form does not display the Recipient name in a standard window envelope. Only the Address, City, and Postal Code appears.
The 1099 MISC form displays the Recipient name fine.
STEPS:
1. Add Withholding Voucher using Type 1099N and Class 01
2. Pay Voucher and Payment Post
3. Post Withholding
4. Run 1099 Job for 2020
5. Go to Report Manger
6. Print a 1099 NEC form
7. Fold and place 1099 NEC form in a standard window envelope
8. Recipient name does not show
