EEX 9.2: My Wallet Related Action to Choose Authorized User is Not Available When the User Has No My Wallet Transactions. (Doc ID 2730032.1)

Symptoms

My Wallet related action to choose another authorized user isn't available when user has no wallet transactions.

For a user that has no Wallet Entries of their own, the top of the page that displays their name and the Related Action green arrow is not displayed. Users need to see this option even if they don't have their own wallet entries.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure that the user doesnt have any mywallet entries, but has been authorized on behalf of at least couple other employees.
2. Login to Fluid, click on mywallet tile and note that the my wallet related action to choose another authorized user is missing when the employee doesnt have any mywallet items.
