After upgrading to PUM 36, Billing Preload BIPRELD fails with Duplicate Key error on step IU_PROCESSOR.A000.A000-030 when run it for multiple invoices

Replication Steps

1. Turn ON chartfield inheritance for at least one chartfield for receivable and Billing.
2. Create multiple bills with the interunit customer and run single action job BIJOB03 for all bills.
