Symptoms

When attempting to run the tools upgrade from PT 8.57.12 to PT 8.58.03 using command line the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set OS variables
2. Install PsCA 8.58
3. Set PsCA options
4. Add target database to PsCA
5. Run the upgrade job using command line in Linux
