Goal
Wild Card required for EMPLID search in Personnel Actions USF (NFC DPR 6.4)
DEMO Navigation: Navigator -> Workforce Administration -> Job Information -> Personnel Actions USF
System Appears to be Inconsistent When Searching Using EMPLIDs. In fluid PAR, A User needs to Use a Wild Card after first Entering the 3 Characters of the EMPLID in order to get results from search.
User shouldn't need to use wild card to get results to display.
