Symptoms
After upgrading to Elastic Search Version 6.1.2 and with all the latest bug fixes for financial sanctions image 36, and running the process marks many suppliers for review.
STEPS:
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to Elastic Search version 6.1
2. Apply all the bug fixes for financial sanctions until the latest image
3. Load the IRS SDN.xml file
4. Run the AP_SDN_AKA_NAME and AP_SDN_ADDRESS indexes
5. Run the financial sanctions process
6. Verify the suppliers marked for review
