The Account User Could Not Cancel The Signature Process When Adobe Signature Is Enabled (Doc ID 2732160.1)

Symptoms

The account user could not cancel the signature process when Adobe signature is enabled

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure OAuth for Adobe Sign
Add VP1 : Admin
VP2 : Account User
2. Login VP2
3. Create contract Entry
4. Click Add a Document
Import the Document
5. Click Bypass Approvals
6. Click Prepare and Route for e-Signature
Enter the Details and Send
7. Click Cancel Signature Process
8. Check the Synchronous Services (AS_AGREEMENT_DELETE & AS_AGREEMENT_PUT). They were failed.
Issue : Unable to cancel the document.
