Symptoms
When HR is subscribing PERSON_BASIC_SYNC from CS, the message goes to Error.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From CS 9.2 environment Intergrate service operation PERSON_BASIC_SYNC.Version_4 with service operation PERSON_BASIC_SYNC.INTERNAL in HCM 9.2 environment.
2. In the CS 9.2 environment, update an existing Employeee's Personal data, which triggers the PERSON_BASIC_SYNC message to HCM 9.2
3. In HCM 9.2 environment from Service Operations Monitor,notice the PERSON_BASIC_SYNC message received an error message.
