EAM: The Copy Existing Assets Functionality Ignores the Current Business Unit/Book Capitalization Limit Amount

Symptoms
The Copy Existing Assets functionality is creating and capitalizing assets below the Business Unit / Book capitalization limit.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an asset with Cost = 4999
2. Set a BU/Book Capitalization Limit Amount = 5000
3. Copy the previously created Asset using the Copy Existing Assets Functionality.
4. The Asset is Capitalized, no error is displayed.
