EGM/EPC: Changes of the Start Date and End Date Are Not Recorded in the PSAUDIT Table (Doc ID 2732454.1)

Symptoms

Use Modify End Dates to change the project end date. Enable audit for END_DT field on PROJECT record.
When changing the project end date using the Copy End Dates function, the system does not write the change to the PSAUDIT table.

Scenario 1:
1. Enable audit for END_DT field on PROJECT record.
2. Open an award on Modify End Dates.
3. Check all the lines.
4. Select a new end date and click on the Copy New End Date button.
5. Save the page. The new end date is updated.
6. Check the PSAUDIT table. The change of the project end date does not appear in the PSAUDIT table.
7. If changing the project end date at the line level, it is recorded in the PSAUDIT table.

Navigate to Grants > Awards > Projects > Project Activities hyperlink and update the start date to an earlier date and the end date to a later date. Project start date and project end date are automatically updated but the changes are not recorded in the PSAUDIT table.

Scenario 2:

1. Enable audit for Start date and End date in PROJECT record.
2. Create a proposal.
3. Submit the proposal.
4. Generate the award.
5. Navigate to Awards > Project. Click on Project Activities hyperlink.
6. Change the start date to an earlier date and the end date to a future date.
7. The project start date and end date have been changed. PSAUDIT did not record any change.
