E-AD: Application Designer performance when opening a page and using compare with a user having 100+ roles is very slow (Doc ID 2733195.1)

When a User has more than 100 Roles, Application Designer is having performance issues opening a page and using Compare

Steps
-------
1. Navigate to PeopleTools > Security > User Profiles

2. Use a user with rights (e.g VP1) and click Search
3. Click on Roles Tab
Make sure the user has more than 100 Roles

Save it and Close.

1) Opening first page
Opening a page with no cache takes long (28 seconds on Windows server next to database server) and 2 seconds on second attempt.

2) Comparing
The compare process ignores the already cached objects that have not changed including PSCLASSDEFN that are not in the project. Re-download the objects in the project makes sense, but other object like PSCLASSDEFN that are not part of the project and that should already be in cache should not be download again for source and targe)
