Character Ć (C With Accent Mark) Won't Save on Components (Doc ID 2733358.1)

On various components in the system, when saving changes made to the data, a field containing the special character Ć (C with accent mark, will be saved as a regular 'C', without the accent mark. 

This same problem is not observed to happen with any other special characters. 

The issue can be replicated at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Campus Community> Personal Information (Student) > Biographical (Student) > Names.
  2. Enter name with special character Ć.
  3. Save the component.
