On : 9.2 version, Time Reporting
Fluid Report Time timesheet is resetting workflow after new submission.
STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
1.Login as Employee and Report Time for Overtime TRC
2. Login as Manager and Deny the Time Reported by Employee
3. Login as employee and navigate to Employee self Service -> Time -> Report Time
4. Report Time for same day that was denied by Manager but with Different TRC (like for Regular TRC)
5. Submit Time will reset the Denied Time to 'Needs Approval'
