Symptoms
Required 1099 changes and updates have been completed for Bug 31114646 - AP: NEW 2020 IRS REQUIREMENTS FOR REPORTING 1099-NEC/MISC. Bug 31903172 - 1099 UPDATE FOR 2020 is also applied. When the 1099 Job is run and complete, the 1099-MISC Copy B Form shows the amount for Gross Attorney Proceeds - Box 10 (Class 10) is blank. The amount appears in Box 9 - Crop Insurance Proceeds, in error.
STEPS
--------
1. Supplier is setup with Withhold Type 1090M and Class 10
2. Add a Voucher for the Supplier
3. Pay Voucher
4. Payment Post
5. Post Withholding
6. Run 1099 Job
7. Amount for Class 10 appears in Box 9 of the 1099-MISC Copy B Form
