Symptoms
When running the 1099 Job, the 1099_RPT_PST (1099 Report Post) process abends at Step 1099_RPT_PST.MAIN.Step03.
When viewing the Application Engine PeopleCode for Step 1099_RPT_PST.PreProc.Step01A in Application Designer, there is no PeopleCode present.

STEPS
1. Apply the 1099 Update for 2020
2. Create a 1099 Voucher
3. Pay the 1099 Voucher
4. Run Payment Posting
5. Run Post Withholdings
6. Run the 1099 Job
7. 1099_RPT_PST process abends at Step 1099_RPT_PST.MAIN.Step03 with the above error
