Symptoms
Discovering PeopleSoft targets from OEM 13c console throws below error message on Windows hosted OEM machines.
No PS_HOMEs were discovered. There are no new PS_HOMEs to be discovered in the given 'Discovery Path' at the specified 'Crawl Depth'
