Symptoms
Absence balance on review absence balance reset to zero when there is an open calendar with retro.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Review the Absence Balance when there is no Open calendar with Retro.
2. Now Open a Calendar with Retro processing.
3. Calendar results shows the retro calendars + current calendars processed under the same calendar group
4. No Balance after open Calendar in the Admin Absence Balances page
