Getting error "Variable contains a reference to a row object that has been deleted" When Pressing on the Cart Icon While Having One Time Address on Requisition Defaults Page (Doc ID 2733967.1)

Symptoms

 Getting error message when pressing on the cart icon on the eProcurement requisition page while having one time address defined on the requisition defaults page.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Disable Role Action :NO_ONETIME_SHIPTO.
  2. Creat a new requisition and add one time address in Requisition Defaults.
  3. Add 2 special requests to cart.
  4. Checkout then Click on Schedule icon and split schedule for both the lines.
  5. Now split the schedule for line 2.
  6. Click on continue shopping.
  7. Click on Cart icon. Application throws people code error.
