EAP WTHD20: 1099-INT Copy B Report, RTF Template APY1099INT.rtf, Lacks Both Payer And Payee Country Field In Address Sections (Doc ID 2734066.1)

It has been detected that after having applied the 1099 Patch Update for Fiscal Year 2020, the RTF Template delivered for XML BI Publisher Report Definition APX1099ICT, File 'APY1099INT.rtf', is missing the Country field for both Payer and Payee Addresses, PAYER_COUNTRY_DESC, PAYEE_COUNTRY_DESC_1, and PAYEE_COUNTRY_DESC.

The Country Field for Payer and Payee are properly supplied on the RTF Template Files from other 1099 related BI Publisher Reports: APX1099M.rtf and APY1099G.rtf.

REPLICATION STEPS:

  1.  - Log into the FSCM Online Applications as a System Administrator User
  2.  - Navigate to: Reporting Tools > BI Publisher > Report Definition
  3.  - Open existing Report Name APX1099ICT
  4.  - Go to the Template tab
  5.  - Click on the link APY1099INT.rtf to download the RTF Template file, and open it
  6.  - At the very top of the file, find the sections that include the Payee Information, and find the below Fields listed, and confirm that PAYEE_COUNTRY_DESC_1 (Country) is missing.
       - PAYEE_NAME1
       - PAYEE_NAME2
       - PAYEE_ADDRESS1
       - PAYEE_ADDRESS2
       - PAYEE_ADDRESS3
       - PAYEE_CITYSTZIP (Here it should include 'City or town, state or province, COUNTRY, and ZIP or foreign postal code')
  7.  - Scroll further down to find the section that includes the Payer's Information, and see listed the below Fields, confirming that PAYER_COUNTRY_DESC (Country) is missing.
       - PAYER_NAME1
       - PAYER_NAME2
       - PAYER_ADDRESS1
       - PAYER_ADDRESS2
       - PAYER_ADDRESS3
       - PAYER_CITYSTZIP (Here it should include 'City or town, state or province, COUNTRY, ZIP or foreign postal code')
       - PAYER_PHONE
  8.  - Keep scrolling a little further down, to find the Recipient's section that includes the Payee's Information again, and see how from the list of Fields displayed, the PAYEE_COUNTRY_DESC (Country) is also missing.
       - PAYEE_NAME1
       - PAYEE_NAME2
       - PAYEE_ADDRESS1
       - PAYEE_ADDRESS2
       - PAYEE_ADDRESS3
       - PAYEE_CITYSTZIP (Here it should include 'City or town, state or province, COUNTRY, and ZIP or foreign postal code')
