Fluid ePro Requisitions in Pending or Denied Status Cannot Be Canceled. (Doc ID 2734455.1)

Symptoms

Fluid ePro Requisitions cannot be canceled if they are in pending or denied status.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as the user VP1 and navigate to the “My Requisition" page by selecting the “eProcurement” tile and go to My Requisitions
2. Find a Requisition that is in  Pending or Denied status and select the Action drop down. The “Cancel” option is not available for this Requisition.
3. Find a Requisition that is in “Approved” status and select the Action drop down. The “Cancel” option is available for this Requisition.
