Symptoms
CM 11 self patch update failed at Step 4 - Install Change Assistant and Configure PUM source and target database.
Issue was happening while PUM SRC windows client was trying to copy the pi_home from PUM SRC FT Linux server NFS mount point in "Configuring CA Add Target" step.
Error message from CM Manage Update Page:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CM 11
2. Cloud Manager Settings > Manage Updates
3. Click Apply
4. Failed at Step 4 - Install Change Assistant and Configure PUM source and target database.
